Why Us
We are independent, deal-making oriented energy transition financial advisors dedicated to solar, onshore wind,and battery energy system storage (BESS) assets.
Launched in 2009 and with offices in Athens, Greece, SunPark offers professional financial advice, market intelligence and development services in all renewable and energy transition technologies. We ensure maximum value creation by assisting our clients in acquisitions and sales processes of renewable energy companies and projects, license development (from greenfield to ready-to-build), financing, project development, construction, connection and start-up operations.
SunPark is a local leader in mid and large-cap transactions that leverages on its in-depth experience in the renewable energy market as well as its extensive networks with the leading local financial institutions, private and institutional investors worldwide and local partners and authorities.
We carry a strong track-record in deals’ execution since 2020 with more than 34 missions and asset mandates representing almost 7GW of capacity and €0,5bn of aggregate volume under management in 4 countries (Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Romania).
